Our Colombian coffee comes from the volcanic Andean slopes & is richly aromatic. It is medium roasted with a richly complex but balanced soft silky taste.

 Before our Colombian coffee is roasted, it is soaked in pure water while the caffeine is slowly drawn out from the beans. Then it is medium roasted for a rich smooth taste.
